No two events are the same so no two menus will be the same.  To give you an idea of what we can offer, here are two menus we'have offered recently over autumn and winter.  

MENU 1

MARGHERITA

Tomato base, Brue Valley fior di latte mozzarella, fresh basil, parmesan, EVO

PEPPERONI

Tomato base, Brue Valley fior di latte mozzarella, Trealy Farm pepperoni, garlic aioli

MUSHROOM & TRUFFLE

Mushroom base, Brue Valley fior di latte mozzarella, wild mushrooms, hazelnut and truffle pesto

PUTTANESCA

Tomato base, Brue Valley fior di latte, mozzarella, anchovies, kalamata black olives, capers, lemon zest, chilli oil

VEGAN

Tomato base, roast butternut squash, smokey sun-blushed tomatoes, toasted pumpkin seeds, rocket

LAMB MERGUEZ

Tomato base, Brue Valley fior di latte mozzarella, Trealy Farm lamb merguez, Whitelake goats curd, kalamata black olives

OX CHEEK

SMOKED HADDOCK

White base, Brue Valley fior di latte mozzarella, flaked smoked haddock, sauteed leek, parmesan, poached egg

 

MUSHROOM

Mushroom base, Brue Valley fior di latte mozzarella, chestnut mushrooms, roast Jerusalem artichoke, parsley and walnut pesto
